II. Overview
Concrete sealer and curing agent is a high-quality concrete densifying curing agent product. It is a colorless and transparent liquid. It is a green and environmentally friendly high-tech chemical densifier that is simple and fast to construct, colorless, odorless, non-toxic, non-flammable, and meets national volatile organic compound standards. Its main active ingredients: inorganic silicates, penetration enhancers, trace additives, etc., with slight differences between different models.

III. Mechanism of Action
The strength of concrete mainly comes from the calcium silicate compound (C-S-H) generated by the silicon and calcium in the cement component of concrete under the action of water. C-S-H is the substance that plays the main role in the strength of concrete. After the initial setting of concrete, the interior of the concrete is still undergoing a slow C-S-H hydration reaction. This reaction cannot be fully carried out under natural conditions, and there are always a large number of free Ca ions. Under the action of the permeability enhancer, the concrete sealing and curing agent can penetrate deeply into the concrete, and react with the free calcium ions in the concrete that have not reacted to calcium silicate to form calcium silicate hydrate (C-S-H), so that the calcium ions in the concrete further participate in the reaction, and a large amount of gel material is generated, which increases and strengthens the gel structure in the concrete, and forms a network structure in the three-dimensional space, so that the various components in the concrete are solidified into a more solid whole, which greatly improves the strength and hardness of the concrete. At the same time, the hard crystals produced by this chemical reaction make the gel voids in the concrete smaller, block the pores of the concrete, and increase the density of the concrete.
This type of chemical reaction greatly improves the compressive strength, hardness, density, wear resistance and other properties of the concrete floor, and enables the floor to effectively block foreign substances, including oil, alkali, free lime and dust, so that the pollutants on the floor surface can be easily removed, and under the friction of frequent cleaning and traffic, not only will the floor not become rough, but it will gradually produce a charming silky luster, making the floor achieve a long-lasting and ever-new effect.

IV. Advantages and characteristics

Because the concrete sealer and curing agent is added with a penetration enhancer after a physical and chemical reaction, it can penetrate deeply into the concrete and react chemically with the concrete, unlike ordinary curing agents that only act on the surface of the concrete.
The dosage of concrete sealer and curing agent is generally between 0.1-0.5kg/m². Due to the optimization of the distribution ratio of each component of the curing agent, its effective ingredient content is generally higher than the overall content of the industry, thus ensuring the characteristics of super-hardened and wear-resistant, high mechanical strength and long service life of the concrete sealer and curing agent floor.
Fast curing speed and long-lasting effect
Due to its unique formula and construction process, the concrete sealing and curing agent can basically achieve 80% curing effect in 4-6 hours at room temperature, and continue to increase the hardness for up to one month, and the curing effect is getting better and better.
It has obvious curing effect on the dust and sand on the ground.
At 25C, the concrete sealing and curing agent can improve the dust and sand on the ground and the low strength in 4-8 hours.
It has fast construction and short construction period, and it can be used immediately after it is made, which basically does not affect normal production.

V. Construction method
Clean the surface of the base layer, remove floating dust, oil and other substances that are not conducive to penetration; if there are too many potholes in the old base layer, it needs to be filled or smoothed in advance; measure the amount of sealing and curing agent according to the construction area.
Spray the sealing and curing agent evenly on the ground, and scrape it lightly with a mop to make the entire ground penetrate evenly.
Observe the density and penetration of the base surface, and apply the sealing and curing agent to the ground three times or more.
After the penetration reaction of the base surface is complete (it is better if the surface moisture is not completely dry), use a professional floor cleaning machine to clean the surface and remove excess materials.
If a bright floor is required, it is necessary to polish the floor surface and use a polishing machine to polish the base surface multiple times. If polishing is not required, the floor will be naturally polished during daily use. The longer it is used, the better the glossiness.
